Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?
United States: 2-10 business days 
Canada/International: 1-3 weeks

Are returns/refunds accepted?
No, all sales are final unless you were sent the wrong product or received an incorrect size. 

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
No, all sales are final.

When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders ship out within 2-5 weeks of placing the order.

My item does not fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?
If we have your correct size on hand, you may exchange it.
The customer must cover the shipping cost of the new item and the return to sender cost.
The original item must be returned FIRST with no defects.
If we do not have your correct size, we CANNOT make the exchange.
Please MAKE SURE to read the description of each item prior to purchasing.
